His bail was set at $5,750 cash. Preliminary hearing is on Dec. 4 at 9am. Assistant public defender Cindy Nesbit was appointed as his counsel.<\/p>\n<p>Police said an officer responded to the Sonoda Apartment in Garapan on Thursday at 9:21pm due to a report of a disturbing the peace incident.<\/p>\n<p>The officer met with the alleged victim who told him that Elias threatened to kill him with a knife. The victim said he had just picked up a friend who resides at the Sonoda Apartment when Elias blocked his vehicle along the road.<\/p>\n<p>Elias walked to the driver\u2019s side window and asked the victim who he and his passenger were. The victim told Elias that his companion is a worker from his business.<\/p>\n<p>Elias allegedly threatened to beat both of them and told the victim to call the police or he would cut his throat.<\/p>\n<p>As the victim was calling the police on the phone, Elias allegedly tried to stab him repeatedly with a huge knife.
