{"id":215429,"date":"2015-11-27T04:00:24","date_gmt":"2015-11-26T18:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=215429"},"modified":"2015-11-27T04:00:24","modified_gmt":"2015-11-26T18:00:24","slug":"uscis-responds-to-alleged-delays-in-the-processing-of-cw-renewals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/uscis-responds-to-alleged-delays-in-the-processing-of-cw-renewals\/","title":{"rendered":"USCIS responds to alleged delays in the processing of CW renewals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A federal immigration official has responded to the reported delays foreign workers and businesses are seeing in getting their CW renewal permits approved.<\/p>\n<p>Tim Counts, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services public supervisory public affairs officer, said \u201cadditional review time\u201d is often expected.<\/p>\n<p>USCIS had told employers on island to renew the CW permits of their employees six months in advance of expiration.
