{"id":215647,"date":"2015-12-01T04:00:49","date_gmt":"2015-11-30T18:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=215647"},"modified":"2015-12-01T04:00:49","modified_gmt":"2015-11-30T18:00:49","slug":"tinian-dcca-worker-pleads-not-guilty-to-ice-possession","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/tinian-dcca-worker-pleads-not-guilty-to-ice-possession\/","title":{"rendered":"Tinian DCCA worker pleads not guilty to \u2018ice\u2019 possession"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gary Michael Cruz Cepeda, a maintenance worker of the Tinian Department of Community and Cultural Affairs who was arrested for allegedly committing traffic offenses and possession of methamphetamine or \u201cice\u201d in San Jose, Tinian, pleaded not guilty yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>Cepeda, 48, through assistant public defender Matthew Meyer, pleaded not guilty during his arraignment before Superior Court Presiding Judge Robert C. Naraja.<\/p>\n<p>Assistant attorney general Barbara Cepeda appeared for the government.<\/p>\n<p>Naraja set a status conference for Jan. 15, 2016, at 9am.<\/p>\n<p>Police detective Rudolfo S.
