{"id":216084,"date":"2015-12-07T06:06:24","date_gmt":"2015-12-06T20:06:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=216084"},"modified":"2015-12-07T06:06:24","modified_gmt":"2015-12-06T20:06:24","slug":"seman-resigns-as-hsem-special-assistant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/seman-resigns-as-hsem-special-assistant\/","title":{"rendered":"Seman resigns as HSEM special assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Marvin Seman, who led Saipan\u2019s recovery and restoration efforts as chief of the CNMI Homeland Security and Emergency Management, has resigned as HSEM\u2019s special assistant.<\/p>\n<p>Press secretary Ivan Blanco confirmed Seman\u2019s resignation with Saipan Tribune last Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Blanco said Seman tendered his resignation just last Thursday, citing personal reasons.<\/p>\n<p>In a follow-up press release, it stated that Seman resigned \u201cto tend to immediate family matters.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>His resignation will be effective on Friday, Dec. 11.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI accepted special assistant Seman\u2019s resignation to allow him the opportunity to tend to the immediate needs of his family.
