Please come to a free two-day ANA pre-application workshop on Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 12 and 13, 2016, at the Northern Marianas College campuses. On Saipan, the workshop will be conducted in Room N-5, and on Rota and Tinian, it will be conducted at the VTC Conference Room. The workshop will start at 8:30am and will end at 4:30pm, with lunch break in between.<\/p>\n<p>In this training session, participants will learn how to build a strong grant application, go over ANA&#8217;s grant scoring criteria, and review submission requirements from the latest Funding Opportunity Announcement. Several changes have been made to ANA&#8217;s scoring criteria and program areas, so make sure you attend to learn the latest developments in time to complete an application by the expected March 2016 grant submission deadline.<\/p>\n<p>You may come as a walk-in on Jan. 12; however, participants are encouraged to register before Jan. 12 online, at: www.anapacificbasin.org (and click on \u201cTraining\u201d) so that enough training materials can be provided at the workshop.<\/p>\n<p>This training is provided by the Pacific Region Training and Technical Assistance Center, operated by Ka\u2019anani\u2019au LLC (Hawaii), a resource of the Administration for Native Americans.
