(Contributed Photo)\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<br \/>\nBrothers Christian and Ruben Guerrero (with the help of their parents, godsister Sydney Villagomez, and other friends and family) organized a holiday \u201cKids for Wish Kids\u201d Bake Sale and Charity Drive last Dec. 19 to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation\u2019s Wish Kids.<\/p>\n<p>Friends and family members from the community supported the two brothers in their efforts to help raise funds for Wish Kids, whose lives are challenged with life-threatening illnesses. As a way to make these children\u2019s lives a bit brighter, Christian, Ruben and their friends raised $275 in cash pledges from supporters, $844.76 in the sale of baked goods and $113.66 in change drive funds. In total, the boys managed to raise an impressive $1,233.42.<\/p>\n<p>Make-A-Wish sincerely appreciates the tremendous support of companies and individuals who charitably contributed to the 2015 Kids for Wish Kids Bake Sale &amp; Change Drive: Agnes Cabrera, Felix Cabrera, Mariana Tenorio, Arlene\/Joe C. In addition, Make-A-Wish requests the community\u2019s support in helping with referrals for potential Wish Kids who face life-threatening medical conditions. Anyone in our community can make a referral so please let us know of any family whose child may be eligible.
