Inos, particularly since the event required tremendous logistical requirement and manpower.<\/p>\n<p> \u201cWe shared responsibilities,\u201d according to acting Department of Public Safety commissioner Robert A. Guerrero yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>Guerrero said the task force that Gov.
