Camacho imposed a $10,000 cash bail on Castro.<\/p>\n<p>Preliminary hearing will be on Feb. 2.<\/p>\n<p>Assistant public defender Cindy Nesbit was appointed as counsel for Castro.<\/p>\n<p>Police detective Andrew S. Taimanao said Castro allegedly met with the owner of an auto repair shop during the first week of this month.<\/p>\n<p>Castro allegedly gave the shop owner a check payable to Justin J.
