(Ferdie dela Torre<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Two former judges in Japan and a lawyer, who are all frequent visitors of Saipan, toured the Judicial Complex in Susupe yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am interested [about] Saipan and the Northern Marianas\u2019 justice system and history,\u201d said Takashi Kamura, who is a former judge and now a long-time practicing private lawyer in Tokyo.<\/p>\n<p>Kamura said he likes traveling to study the history of every region in the world.<\/p>\n<p>It is his sixth visit to Saipan. His last visit was four years ago, in which at that time he was fortunate to watch high school students competing in a mock trial.<\/p>\n<p>Kamura said he wants to watch the mock trial again, but his group has to go back to Japan last night. The group arrived on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Kamura was with former judge and now practicing private attorney Kazunobu Takai and attorney Yukiko Shimizu.<\/p>\n<p>Takai became a member of the Upper House or senator from 1989 to 1994.
