Tenorio reminded the company of this obligation, after referring to a news report that said that quarry operators were selling coral aggregates to the Saipan Mayor\u2019s Office for road repair and secondary roads.<\/p>\n<p>Tenorio cited their permit with the Rock Quarry, under a \u201cpublic benefits\u201d section, which stated that CNMI government would be \u201cexempted from paying any charges for quarry materials extracted\u201d by their company; and that the company would be exempted from paying royalty fees for quarry materials supplied to the government, among others.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJG Sablan Rock Quarry, Inc., shall refrain assessing any charges of coral materials to CNMI government agencies that will be used for public services,\u201d Tenorio, who is now policy advisor to Gov.
