Mission:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cTo protect the human, civil, and legal rights of people with disabilities in the CNMI\u201d<\/p>\n Current Programs:<\/strong><\/p>\n Protection & Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness (PAIMI)<\/p>\n Protection & Advocacy for Developmental Disabilities (PADD)<\/p>\n Protection & Advocacy for Individual Rights (PAIR)<\/p>\n Protection & Advocacy for Beneficiaries of Social Security (PABSS)<\/p>\n Protection & Advocacy for Assistive Technology (PAAT)<\/p>\n Protection & Advocacy for Traumatic Brain Injury (PATBI)<\/p>\n Protection & Advocacy for Elderly Abuse (PAEA)<\/p>\n Client Assistance Program (CAP)<\/p>\n Services provided by NMPASI:<\/strong><\/p>\n A. Information and Referral<\/strong><\/p>\n Anyone with questions about disabilities, or issues surrounding them can contact us for assistance and referral.<\/p>\n B. Direct Client Representation<\/strong><\/p>\n Investigation, negotiations, mediations and litigation services who meet eligibility criteria.<\/p>\n C. Technical Assistance<\/strong><\/p>\n We conduct American\u2019s with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) review for anyone in the CNMI.<\/p>\n D.
