Manglona on Friday dismissed with prejudice Xiao Ting Wang\u2019s claims against Tasi Tours.<\/p>\n<p>Dismiss with prejudice means Wang cannot re-file the case anymore. <\/p>\n<p>Manglona dismissed Tasi Tours from the case after the company and Wang asked the court to dismiss the lawsuit between them.<\/p>\n<p>The judge said the court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the parties\u2019 settlement agreement in the event of a dispute.<\/p>\n<p>The terms of the settlement agreement were not disclosed in court documents.<\/p>\n<p>Attorneys William M. Fitzgerald and Rexford C. Kosack submitted the stipulation for dismissal in court as counsels for Xiao Ting Wang and Tasi Tours respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Xiao Ting Wang, as personal representative of his daughter, Dao Wang, sued Tasi Tours and Win Tour.
