I have flown Delta business class to Japan several times over the last few months. I have been angered at Delta’s policy to forbid use of its business class lounges to Saipan ticketed passengers.<\/p>\n
I have written to Delta about this, asking why such a policy exists and why they don’t have a pop-up so advising you when you book online.<\/p>\n
Other than to advise me that, “we are sorry that you feel you have been discriminated against on the basis of your race,” an issue I never raised, their customer relations department will not answer the questions. Why are all of my adult temper tantrums in airports?<\/p>\n
