The Joeten Kiyu Public Library\u2019s five-year plan is commendable. Would it be practical also for our public library to consider engaging in “Tool Lending Library” that would make available tools for loans in the same way the library system loans books to its patrons?<\/p>\n
Many public libraries do offer this type of services, and the CNMI could do the same. If Mr. Gonzales has the time to check this out, may I suggest he visits the Oakland Public Library website about this. I thought I offer this suggestion as a food for thought on practicality that would put to good use the available learning resources already existing in institutions such as a public library and the educational system in the CNMI.<\/p>\n
