(Contributed Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>As part of its latest destination enhancement work, the Marianas Visitors Authority has issued two RFPs for the Flower Island Project, which will begin with improvements to Coral Tree Avenue, Beach Road medians, and the Paseo de Marianas.<\/p>\n<p>Proposals are being sought for landscaping services along Beach Road and Coral Tree Avenue. The project involves the planting of Royal Palm trees, Temple Fire Bouganvillea, and turfon the two northernmost traffic medians on Beach Road near the American Memorial Park. Pink Tacomah trees damaged by Typhoon Soudelor will be replaced along Coral Tree Avenue in front of Fiesta Resort &amp; Spa and Hyatt Regency Saipan.<\/p>\n<p>The MVA is also soliciting proposals for A&amp;E design and landscaping designs for improvements to the Paseo de Marianas pedestrian mall.
