Arriola from supervised release.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. Probation Officer Gregory F. Arriola informed the court that Joseph Arriola has complied with the conditions of supervised release that the court imposed.<\/p>\n<p>According to the probation officer, Joseph Arriola\u2019s supervised release expired on Aug. 30, 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The probation officer recommended the court that the proceedings in the case be terminated.<\/p>\n<p>In October 2010, Joseph Arriola started to serve his 58-month prison term for his conviction of two counts of wire fraud. He was required to pay $625,775 in restitution jointly with co-defendant, Luis K.
