The cause of the rupture is undetermined and is undergoing an investigation.<\/p>\n<p>The Call Center received a trouble call at 9pm last night, reporting that there was a water leak on the northbound lane of Chalan Pale Arnold Road fronting Transamerica Hardware in Gualo Rai. The respective agencies were informed and repairs were initiated at 8am yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, the outer northbound lane is closed for CUC repair crews.
