{"id":22226,"date":"2012-06-21T07:12:02","date_gmt":"2012-06-21T07:12:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/newspaper.ctsi-logistics.com\/?p=22226"},"modified":"2012-06-21T07:12:02","modified_gmt":"2012-06-21T07:12:02","slug":"wife-of-defendant-in-sexual-assault-case-arrested-for-obstructing-justice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/wife-of-defendant-in-sexual-assault-case-arrested-for-obstructing-justice\/","title":{"rendered":"Wife of defendant in sexual assault case arrested for obstructing justice"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>By Ferdie de la Torre<br \/>\nReporter<\/div>\n<p>Police arrested in Garapan on Tuesday night for obstructing justice the wife of a man who was recently arrested for sexually assaulting a woman.<\/p>\n<p>Xia Liu Rios, 38, was served with an arrest warrant for obstructing justice, interference with law enforcement officer or witness, assault, and disturbing the peace.<\/p>\n<p>Rios was taken to the Superior Court yesterday for her initial appearance.<\/p>\n<p>Detective Melissa H.
