Kindergarten registration at San Vicente Elementary School for School Year 2016-2017 is scheduled to begin on June 13-17, 2016 from 9am to 11:30am and from 1:30pm to 3:30pm. <\/p>\n
Registration will take place in the school main office. There are limited slots available therefore we encourage all parents\/guardians to register during the above dates and times to ensure their child is enrolled for the upcoming school year. Your child must be 5 years of age on or before Sept. 30, 2011. <\/p>\n
Registration requirements: <\/p>\n
(All documents must be presented upon registration)<\/p>\n
\t\u2022 Copy of birth certificate<\/p>\n
\t\u2022 Original health certificate (from Public Health or any private clinic)<\/p>\n
\t\u2022 A copy of an updated medical insurance (Medicaid, government or private insurance, or student accidental insurance from private insurance policy holders<\/p>\n
\t\u2022 Map of residential location<\/p>\n
\t\u2022 Copy power of attorney\/legal guardianship (if applicable) <\/p>\n
\t\u2022 Copy of report card or certificate of completion (from any pre-school)<\/p>\n
