She, however, also ended up being arrested after the boyfriend complained that she first hit him on the buttocks with a piece of lumber. <\/p>\n<p>Hari N. Talukdar, 48, and Lilia Pino Lizama, 50, were both arrested on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and disturbing the peace.<\/p>\n<p>At a hearing on Thursday, Superior Court Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo imposed $6,500 cash bail on Talukdar and $6,250 cash bail on Lizama.<\/p>\n<p>The court will appoint a private counsel for Talukdar, while assistant public defender Michael Sato was appointed as counsel for Lizama.<\/p>\n<p>Police Detective Therese S. Kintoki stated in her report that a police officer responded to a residence in San Antonio at 10:23pm last Tuesday, March 29, after Lizama reported a domestic violence.<\/p>\n<p>Kintoki said when the officer arrived, Lizama was crying and holding her left knee with her hands. <\/p>\n<p>Lizama then told the officer that her boyfriend, Talukdar, chased her with a PVC pipe and hit her on the knees with it.<\/p>\n<p>Talukdar admitted to the officer that he hit Lizama because she kept on bothering him when she came home late at night after going to Best Sunshine Live, a casino in Garapan.<\/p>\n<p>Police Detective Peter A.
