Jucutan, a teacher and a member of the U.S. Army Reserves, accused of stealing referral bonuses from the U.S. Army Reserves totaling $9,000 by fraudulently claiming that he recruited five potential soldiers and claiming the cash incentives for himself.  <\/p>\n<p>The superseding indictment basically reduced the charges to six from 15 charges in the original indictment.<\/p>\n<p>The superseding indictment charged Jucutan with three counts of wire fraud and three counts of aggravated identity theft.<\/p>\n<p>The original indictment charged Jucutan with theft of government property, five counts of aggravated identity theft, and nine counts of wire fraud.<\/p>\n<p>The defendant has pleaded not guilty of the charges in the original indictment. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A superseding indictment was filed in federal court against Jordan M.
