Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho has allowed this afternoon, Friday, special assistant for Homeland Security and Emergency Management James C. Deleon Guerrero and Police Officer 3 Jesse S. Concepcion to post $25,000 and $10,000 cash bail plus unsecured property bond respectively.<\/p>\n
Camacho found Deleon Guerrero\u2019s wife and Concepcion\u2019s brother as suitable to serve as their party custodians.<\/p>\n
The judge imposed many strict conditions, including house arrest.<\/p>\n
Preliminary hearing will be on April 19 at 1:30pm. Arraignment will be on April 25 at 9am.
\nDeleon Guerrero arrived from Guam this morning and surrendered to authorities, according to his counsel, Joaquin Torres.<\/p>\n
Concepcion was arrested at the Department of Public Safety\u2019s impounding lot in Lower Base on Thursday morning. <\/p>\n
Deleon Guerrero was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a then-15-year-old girl while he was then-commissioner of the Department of Public Safety in 2013. <\/p>\n
Govendo imposed a $100,000 cash bail each on Deleon Guerrero and Concepcion for the charges of sexual assault in the first degree and sexual assault in the second degree.<\/p>\n
