Camacho allowed Agulto to post $275 cash bail and $2,475 in unsecured bond.

Preliminary hearing will be on May 4 at 9am.

Police Detective Peter A. Aldan stated in his report that it was Agulto’s sister who called the Department of Public Safety about the disturbance at their house in Kagman 3 on Wednesday noon.

Aldan said based on his investigation, Agulto came home at 12:20pm then started shouting and arguing with his mother about his father’s truck.

The defendant’s father was in Guam at that time. Agulto asked to use the truck, but his mother refused.

Agulto was slamming the side kitchen door, prompting his mother to tell him to stop it because her two grandchildren were sleeping.

Agulto walked outside to the garage, picked up a hollow block and threw it at the front windshield of the truck.

He then punched one glass cabinet, smashing it. As a result, he sustained a cut on the right hand.

The mother took her two grandchildren, who were awakened by the noise, outside the house.

Agulto also threw and smashed a cooking pot at another glass cabinet door.

Upon learning that his sister called the police, Agulto fled on foot.

One of the two responding officers observed in the jungle about 20 feet north from the house’s garage what appeared to be marijuana plants in flower pots.

The mother and sister told police that Agulto planted the marijuana plants and revealed that he is a marijuana user.

Police said repair for the truck’s windshield was estimated at $550 to $574.

A 22-year-old man was arrested in San Vicente Wednesday night after he allegedly smashed the…

[4
11237,215,11238,11239
post-226662","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-local-news","tag-franklin-arriola-agulto","tag-public-safety","tag-san-vicente-wednesday","tag-toyota-t-100
["GET
