Four of the marijuana plants were about 8 inches tall and the rest were 3 feet tall.

At a bail hearing yesterday, Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho kept the $10,000 cash bail that Associate Judge Teresa Kim-Tenorio imposed in issuing an arrest warrant.

Preliminary hearing will be on May 11 at 9am.

Police Detective Peter A. Aldan stated in his report that a police officer responded to a house in Koblerville on Friday at 1:39pm after the alleged victim called for assistance.

Aldan said investigation showed that earlier that day, the alleged victim was sleeping in their house in Chalan Kanoa when she was awakened by Cabrera’s shouting for an unknown reason.

The victim asked for the car keys so she could leave and avoid any problems, but Cabrera refused to give the keys and held her wallet and her driver’s license.

Cabrera blocked the front door of the house and threatened he would kill her if he sees her with someone. He also threatened he would kill that person.

Cabrera then allegedly rushed at her and head-butted her on the chin, causing her head to violently flip up and back. She felt dizzy, but still walked on Tun Joaquin Doi Road toward the Finasisu area and Chalan Monsignor Martinez Road.

Cabrera followed her aboard their daughter’s pink bicycle. While walking south on Chalan Monsignor Martinez Road, she saw a company van driven by her brother.

The brother saw her walking on the road followed by Cabrera so he pulled over on the shoulder of the road near Green Consume Market.

She ran to the van and jumped into the front passenger seat crying and panicking, she asked her brother to bring her to their mother’s house in Koblerville.

As the brother was about to drive, he heard something hard hit the back of the van. He and his sister also heard something hard hit the left rear window and the rear left window was shattered.

The alleged victim saw Cabrera with his homemade sling slot that he would always carry.

When the alleged victim and her brother arrived at their mother’s house in Koblerville, she then called police. A responding police officer noticed her chin slightly swollen.

Two police officers proceeded to Cabrera’s house in Chalan Kanoa, but he was not there. The officers observed a pink bicycle in the living room.

On the side of the house, police saw the 14 marijuana plants and seized them.

The alleged victim said Cabrera is a marijuana user and that if he doesn’t catch a lot when he goes fishing, he would sell marijuana to earn money.

The repair of the shattered window of the van was estimated to be from $304 to $690.

The alleged victim said that while they were staying in Guam before, Cabrera once pointed a handgun at her and at their two toddlers when she told him she was leaving him.

Cabrera allegedly threatened he would shoot their children to make her suffer then he would kill her.

An alleged marijuana user/seller allegedly head-butted his common-law wife on the chin and shattered the…

[4
162,1351,11354,51
post-227103","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-local-news","tag-car","tag-chalan-kanoa","tag-green-consume-market","tag-guam
["GET
