Flores, chairman and president of BankPacific, announced Byron Evaristo has been promoted to the position of senior vice president and credit administrator by the members the board of directors.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to his promotion, Evaristo was in charge of the bank\u2019s commercial and consumer lending functions. In his new position, Evaristo is now responsible for the bank\u2019s system wide lending functions including consumer, auto, dealer paper, residential mortgage and commercial lending operations as well as related loan support functions and servicing operations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cByron is a knowledgeable and energetic member of our BankPacific Team,\u201d said Flores.\u00a0 \u201cHe has a tremendous work ethic and the ability to quickly grasp technical detail. He has moved up through the bank quickly and we look forward to his contributions toward the continued success of BankPacific\u2019s system-wide lending operations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Evaristo is a 2004 graduate of the University of Guam where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics.\u00a0 He joined BankPacific shortly after graduation.<\/p>\n<p>He will be attending the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington this summer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Philip J.
