{"id":228785,"date":"2016-05-30T06:00:53","date_gmt":"2016-05-29T20:00:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=228785"},"modified":"2016-05-30T06:00:53","modified_gmt":"2016-05-29T20:00:53","slug":"cuc-employee-arrested-sexual-abuse-minor-girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/cuc-employee-arrested-sexual-abuse-minor-girl\/","title":{"rendered":"CUC employee arrested for sexual abuse of a minor girl"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Commonwealth Utilities Corp. employee was arrested on Thursday for allegedly sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl on Saipan. <\/p>\n<p>Sean Raboy Mendiola, 25, was arrested for sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree, assault and battery, and disturbing the peace. <\/p>\n<p>At a hearing on Friday, Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho imposed a $26,250 cash bail and set the preliminary hearing for June 6 at 9am.<\/p>\n<p>Chief public defender Douglas Hartig was appointed as counsel for Mendiola.
