He proclaimed June 13 to 19 was declared Men\u2019s Health Week.<\/p>\n<p>Men\u2019s Health Week began in 1994 after the U.S. Congress passed Bob Dole\u2019s bill and was signed by President Bill Clinton on May 31, 1994.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis week is a time for the public to recognize the health needs of men and boys.
