The Northern Marianas International School presents a pilot workshop in the Community Wellness Series on Saturday, July 2 at 9am with presenter Walt Goodridge, author of the book Fit to Breed…Forever! <\/p>\n
\u201cThis one is for men only, but you can attend even if you\u2019re the healthiest man on Saipan,\u201d invites Goodridge. \u201cGet the information for a friend, for the future, or just for the fun of it. It doesn\u2019t matter if you\u2019re single, married or in a complicated situation. <\/p>\n
In this lively, interactive workshop, Goodridge promises to share: <\/p>\n
-Why Saipan is the healthiest place in America…really! <\/p>\n
-The seven elements of your belief system that are making your sick <\/p>\n
-Four easy habits that will reverse aging <\/p>\n
-The one thing you are probably doing each day that makes the next line of vital interest to you <\/p>\n

Goodridge\u2019s challenge: Are you fit to breed? Men, if things aren\u2019t working the way you\u2019d like, the reason is simple\u2014it\u2019s because nature has classified you as \u201cunfit to breed.\u201d<\/p>\n
