Greenstay Project is about to end its two-week sales event for existing clients hat started when its sales office in Gualo Rai opened last June 25.<\/p>\n
Considering the fact that a lot of clients come to the office for more information, Greenstay will be hosting a second showcase of two- and three-bedroom houses. All potential clients are warmly welcome to visit the second showcase. <\/p>\n
\u201cThe construction of the second showcase should be ready in about a week\u2019s time from now,\u201d said Oliver Wang, operations manager of Skywalker Holdings Company.<\/p>\n
The houses that will be available at the showcase will be the two-bedroom standard and the three-bedroom comfortable\u2014both of which are currently under construction in front of Ironwood. <\/p>\n
Greenstay is also running an event on the CNMI Greenstay Facebook page called the \u201cGreenstay Share And Win.\u201d The rules are simple: you must like and share your favorite picture out of the exterior designs of the two-bedroom houses. The designs have been posted. Prizes include $50, $40, and $30 of Regal Cinema gift cards. The three with the most shared win.<\/p>\n
It has been almost a whole year since Typhoon Soudelor impacted Saipan in a way that forever changed the lives of Saipan\u2019s residents. Many still haven\u2019t fully recovered from the damage Soudelor left behind. <\/p>\n
Skywalker Holdings Company created the Greenstay Project because of the housing issues Saipan faced after the typhoon. Since then, Greenstay sales department has entertained many interested clients looking for houses that are weatherproof, reliable, and eco-friendly. <\/p>\n
