Last week, I received three appeal letters so those have been forwarded to our hearing officer,\u201d DPL Secretary Marianne Teregeyo told Saipan Tribune in a recent interview.<\/p>\n<p>She said DPL at the moment has 37 lots opened for \u201cscattered lottery\u201d but are not ready to open them yet. <\/p>\n<p>Scattered lottery means various homestead lots \u201cmixed around\u201d in Dandan, some in Kagman I, II, III, for example, that were made available after were revoked and not appealed. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have\u202637 ready for scattered lottery,\u201d Teregeyo said. \u201cWe are going to entertain the next folks on the list.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In related news, Teregeyo also said they\u2019ve recently hired a new homestead director.
