Guam chief medical examiner Dr. Aurelio Espinola has already conducted an autopsy to determine the cause of death of Li Qian Ding, a 59-year-old Chinese farmer who was found dead on the ground outside his house in As Lito last July 16. <\/p>\n
A source at the Department of Public Safety disclosed that Espinola completed his autopsy on Ding at the Commonwealth Healthcare Center\u2019s morgue last Sunday.<\/p>\n
DPS has yet to release to the media the results of the autopsy as investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n
Asked if the wife is a suspect or a person of interest, the source said investigators have yet to clear her as investigation is continuing.<\/p>\n
DPS acting spokesman Jason Tarkong yesterday said they are working on leads, but that he is unable to comment on the ongoing investigation to protect the integrity of the case. <\/p>\n
The wife, a Carolinian, found Ding lying face down outside their house and called 911 on July 16 early morning.<\/p>\n
Police responded to the scene at 6am.<\/p>\n
Tarkong early this week disclosed that there were obvious signs that Ding had been lifeless for some time before he was found.<\/p>\n
