A man suffered multiple injuries after his employer allegedly punched and struck him with a metal bicycle pump and a golf club at his apartment unit in As Matuis last July 8. <\/p>\n
Boyang Lin suffered a cut on the forehead and cuts and scratches on the elbows. His mouth was bleeding and his chest had several red marks, according to a responding police officer.<\/p>\n
Bo Ren, 33, was served with an arrest warrant in As Matuis on Monday afternoon for assault with dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and disturbing the peace.<\/p>\n
Ren was taken before the Superior Court yesterday for bail hearing. A $10,000 cash bail was initially imposed for his temporary release.<\/p>\n
Police Detective Catherine B. Pangelinan stated in his report that a police officer was dispatched last July 8 at 2:38am to the parking lot of Pretty Tour Company in Garapan, where he met with the bloodied victim, Lin.<\/p>\n
Pangelinan said Lin reported that his boss, Ren, attacked him with a golf club at Camille\u2019s Apartment in As Matuis.<\/p>\n
Pangelinan said during her interview, Lin alleged that he has been working for Ren over a year now as a house staff located at Camille\u2019s Apartment.<\/p>\n
Lin said he was sleeping last July 8 inside his apartment unit when Ren walked into his room and started yelling at him for not changing the dirty bed sheet.<\/p>\n
Ren allegedly took a metal bicycle pump and hit Lin\u2019s forehead and the top of his head. He also allegedly grabbed Lin and punched him several times on the chest.<\/p>\n
Ren\u2019s girlfriend came and stopped him from assaulting Lin. Ren asked Lin to step outside by the pool area, where they would cool down and talk.<\/p>\n
At the pool area, Ren, however, allegedly continued shouting at Lin and hit his back with a golf club. Ren\u2019s girlfriend managed to stop the defendant from further attacking Lin. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
