Camacho has revoked the suspended sentence on a teenager who is facing a new criminal case while on probation. <\/p>\n<p>In a written order issued yesterday, Camacho sentenced the 19-year-old Ashiqur Rahaman, also known as Simon Kosam, to the full maximum sentence of 10 months imprisonment, to be served daily without the possibility of parole.<\/p>\n<p>Rahaman was given credit of 57 days of time served. He was remanded into the custody of the Department of Corrections. <\/p>\n<p>Camacho said the grounds for re-imposing the suspended sentence is because the defendant failed to obey all laws of the CNMI when he picked up a new criminal case.<\/p>\n<p>The new case charged Rahaman with two counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree. <\/p>\n<p>Rahaman allegedly engaged in sex with his 15-year-old girlfriend twice in the Garapan area.<\/p>\n<p>In a 2015 case, Rahaman pleaded guilty to assault and battery. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N.
