{"id":233489,"date":"2016-08-02T06:06:07","date_gmt":"2016-08-01T20:06:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=233489"},"modified":"2016-08-02T06:06:07","modified_gmt":"2016-08-01T20:06:07","slug":"suspected-ice-dealer-re-arrested-man-also-arrested-throwing-ice-outside-car","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/suspected-ice-dealer-re-arrested-man-also-arrested-throwing-ice-outside-car\/","title":{"rendered":"Suspected \u2018ice\u2019 dealer re-arrested, man also arrested for throwing \u2018ice\u2019 outside the car"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Drug Enforcement Task Force re-arrested a suspected dealer of crystal methamphetamine or \u201cice\u201d and a man for possession of \u201cice\u201d along a narrow road leading to the Commonwealth Utilities Corp.\u2019s Water Treatment and Laboratory Office in Puerto Rico on Friday morning. <\/p>\n<p>Jameson Palacios Hemley, 43, was arrested after the Office of the Attorney General moved to revoke stipulation for release from custody.<\/p>\n<p>Yiwu Li, 43, was arrested for illegal possession of controlled substance after he allegedly threw out from his car a tissue paper containing a baggie of 1.3 gross grams of \u201cice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At a hearing yesterday, Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho imposed a $30,000 cash bail on Hemley.<\/p>\n<p>A $20,000 cash bail was initially imposed on Li.<\/p>\n<p>According to court records, Drug Enforcement Task Force arrested Hemley last April 28 for illegal possession and trafficking of \u201cice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hemley was subsequently released after he signed an agreement with DETF to cooperate with their investigation against illegal drugs.<\/p>\n<p>DETF then moved to revoke Hemley\u2019s release after he allegedly has not cooperated with the ongoing investigations.<\/p>\n<p>DETF agent Roque K.
