Quitugua. <\/p>\n<p>In a phone interview on Monday night, Quitugua disclosed that for Rota, Thomas A. Manglona will be filing his candidacy for senator either yesterday or today, Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Manglona will be running against his older brother, incumbent Rota senator Paul A. Manglona.<\/p>\n<p>Quitugua said Tricia Manglona will also be filing her candidacy for a House\u2019s Precinct 7 (Rota) seat either yesterday or today, Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>He said the Manglonas will be filing their candidacies on Rota, where the Commonwealth Election Commission has sent its staff to entertain submission of nominations and candidacies.<\/p>\n<p>Quitugua said for Saipan, they are still in the process of selecting a candidate who expressed interest to run for a House\u2019s Precinct 4 seat.<\/p>\n<p>Precinct 4 covers Tanapag, San Roque, Capital Hill, and Northern Islands.<\/p>\n<p>The party has no bet for Tinian. <\/p>\n<p>Quitugua said they don\u2019t have enough bets for the Nov. 8 election because the party just started organizing only last month. <\/p>\n<p>Quitugua said their central executive committee will be meeting on Aug. 18 to discuss, among other issues, the endorsement of any candidates who are running outside of the Democratic Party.<\/p>\n<p>For the U.S. delegate position, the Republican Party has already expressed its support for the re-election of Delegate Gregorio Kilili C.
