Reyes, 40, posted a $3,000 bail in Superior Court for a probable cause in a domestic violence dispute complaint last Aug. 8.<\/p>\n<p>On Aug. 5, 2016, police officers Joseph Magofna and Daniel Kintol were conducting a routine patrol when they were called to respond to a domestic violence dispute. <\/p>\n<p>Magofna and Kintol arrived at the Commonwealth Health Center ER and met with attending physician attendant Kate Feeman. She told Kintol that a woman told the ER that one of her children was not feeling well.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, prior to checking in one of woman\u2019s children, Freeman learned that the family had been through a domestic disturbance at home.  <\/p>\n<p>Reyes was drinking beer and causing a ruckus. He shouted profanities and was volatile toward one of his children. As a result, Reyes was arrested for domestic violence, disturbing the peace, and assault and battery and he was detained at the Department of Corrections.<\/p>\n<p>Three days later, Reyes posted the $3,000 bail amount originally set by Judge Teresa Kim-Tenorio, with the following conditions: appear in court when he needs to; must obey all Commonwealth laws; surrender travel documents; and shall have no direct or indirect contact with the complainant.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Richard S.
