Hix, services and solutions executive, Xerox Corp. (Saipan).<\/p>\n<p>-Continued Excellence Award: Jason B. Miyashita, senior vice president\u2014investments and senior institutional consultant, Raymond James &amp; Associates Inc.<\/p>\n<p>-Industry Influential Award: Julian J. Aguon, founder, president and principal attorney, Blue Ocean Law.<\/p>\n<p>-Industry Influential Award: Lenny and Gyongyi P. \u201cPika\u201d Fejeran, vice president and president, respectively, of Hot Concepts Inc., which does business as Pika\u2019s Caf\u00e9, and managing partners of In the Kitchen Inc., which does business as Kitchen Lingo.<\/p>\n<p>-Brand Innovator Award: Marvin V. Manibusan, co-founder and creative director, Crowns Guam, Clans Guam and Mighty Purple Caf\u00e9 .<\/p>\n<p>-Most Promising Award: Jaron A.
