The actual rosary rally starts at noon. <\/p>\n<p>This is important as it is near the time that the miracle of the sun took place in Fatima on Oct. 13, 1917. We wish to honor our Lady and our Lord within this time frame, said Lamkin.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is the sixth year that I will be a rosary rally captain since 2011.
