ONE80 Productions will be hosting a haunted house event in Chalan Piao on Oct. 30 and 31. Under their management, an organization created by younger adults, the goal of the event is to draw as many participants as possible.<\/p>\n
Ed Sikayun, spokesperson for ONE80 Productions, said, \u201cWe are not celebrating Halloween, let\u2019s put things that way. \u2026\u201cWe try to portray a scenario where once you die, it\u2019s not the end of it. We\u2019re talking about what happens to your soul after you lose your physical self.\u201d<\/p>\n
Sikayun also wanted to share his thoughts on why he chose to charge participants $2 for entry. \u201cWe were originally not going to charge the public to come. If it were up to us, we\u2019d make it free. However, learning from experience, if something has no value, people will not come.\u201d<\/p>\n
He wishes to simply have as many people come to have a good scare and experience memories they will remember.<\/p>\n
The event will take place in Chalan Piao, right across the Hopwood soccer field on Oct. 30 and 31. It will begin at 7pm and end around 10:30pm. Tickets are $2 each at the front door during the event.
