{"id":239786,"date":"2016-11-04T06:06:22","date_gmt":"2016-11-03T20:06:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=239786"},"modified":"2016-11-04T06:06:22","modified_gmt":"2016-11-03T20:06:22","slug":"man-allegedly-lied-federal-officer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/man-allegedly-lied-federal-officer\/","title":{"rendered":"Man allegedly lied to federal officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>U.S. Deputy Marshals served on Tuesday an arrest warrant on a man who is indicted in federal court for allegedly lying to a federal officer. <\/p>\n<p>Guo Hua Lu pleaded not guilty on Tuesday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Attorney Benjamin Petersburg appeared as court-appointed co-counsel for Lu. Assistant U.S. attorney James Benedetto appeared for the government. <\/p>\n<p>U.S. District Court for the NMI Magistrate Judge Heather L.
