Igisomar (GOP) prevailed over former senator Ray N. Yumul (Ind) on a vote of 5,558 versus 3,133, according to the Commonwealth Election Commission&#8217;s unofficial, partial tabulation.<\/p>\n<p>Edwin Kenneth Propst (Ind) topped a field of over 10 candidates for a House Precinct 1 seat, with 1,944 votes, with absentee ballots yet to be tabulated.<\/p>\n<p>Ivan A. Blanco (GOP) and Blas Jonathan T. Attao (Ind) got the top spots in the battle for House Precinct 3 seats. The four others that made it to the Magic 6 were Edmund Villagomez, Donald Cabrera Duenas, Francisco Santos Dela Cruz, and Jose Ilo Itibus. In seventh place is Ralph N. Yumul. Absentee votes remain to be tabulated.<\/p>\n<p>Rota Municipal Council chair George O. Hocog (GOP) edged veteran senator Paul A. Manglona (Ind)by a mere six votes, 378-372. Absentee votes are to be tabulated on Nov. 22.<\/p>\n<p>Ivan A. Blanco and Donald C. Barcinas, both Republicans, received top votes in early voting among 12 candidates for House Precinct 3 seats. Blanco got 637 votes while Barcinas got 580 to lead the field of 12. <\/p>\n<p>Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho got more yes votes for his retention on the bench, with 8,165 voting yes and 2,343 voting no.<\/p>\n<p>The CEC received 984 absentee ballots on Tuesday out of the 1,700 that they sent out. Tabulation of absentee votes will be held on Nov. 22.<\/p>\n<p>The total overall number of voters was 10,993.
