{"id":240716,"date":"2016-11-17T06:00:39","date_gmt":"2016-11-16T20:00:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=240716"},"modified":"2016-11-17T06:00:39","modified_gmt":"2016-11-16T20:00:39","slug":"suspected-ice-distributor-falls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/suspected-ice-distributor-falls\/","title":{"rendered":"Suspected \u2018ice\u2019 distributor falls"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Members of the CNMI Drug Enforcement Task Force and Drug Enforcement Administration arrested on Tuesday afternoon a suspected distributor of methamphetamine or \u201cice\u201d in Gualo Rai.<\/p>\n<p>Jialiang Chen, 25, also known as Brother, was served with an arrest warrant on two counts of trafficking of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. His bail was set at $100,000 cash; preliminary hearing is on Nov. 20 at 1:30pm. <\/p>\n<p>Assistant public defender Tillman Clark was appointed as counsel for Chen.
