{"id":240972,"date":"2016-11-21T06:00:07","date_gmt":"2016-11-20T20:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=240972"},"modified":"2016-11-21T06:00:07","modified_gmt":"2016-11-20T20:00:07","slug":"search-missing-us-service-member","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/search-missing-us-service-member\/","title":{"rendered":"Search for missing US service member"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>SANTA RITA, Guam<\/strong>\u2014A search is being conducted for a missing service member off of Pagat Point in Mangilao, Guam. <\/p>\n<p>During the afternoon of Nov. 20, Guam Fire Dispatch received a report of a missing swimmer in the vicinity of Pagat Point, Guam. Guam Fire Dispatch reported the call to the U.S. Coast Guard Rescue Sub-Center Guam. <\/p>\n<p>USCG Sector Guam is coordinating search efforts with multiple resources to include a helicopter, several Guam Fire rescue boats, the 110-foot patrol boat Assateague, and a 45-foot response boat. Guam Police Department is also doing shoreline searches and investigating on scene.
