{"id":241041,"date":"2016-11-22T06:06:18","date_gmt":"2016-11-21T20:06:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=241041"},"modified":"2016-11-22T06:06:18","modified_gmt":"2016-11-21T20:06:18","slug":"businessman-company-seek-default-judgment-vs-3-defendants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/businessman-company-seek-default-judgment-vs-3-defendants\/","title":{"rendered":"Businessman, company seek default judgment vs 3 defendants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Korean businessman and his former company have asked the federal court to issue a default judgment against three persons who they named in a racketeering lawsuit over an alleged conspiracy to steal millions of dollars from him for his hotel and casino project on Saipan.<\/p>\n<p>Il Hwan Kim and KSA Corp., through counsel Pamela Brown-Blackburn, disclosed that they already served the summons and complaint on Hun Jin An, Jeong Eun Taek, and Joann P. Hensley.<\/p>\n<p>Brown-Blackburn said An, Taek, and Hensley failed to answer the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>Brown-Blackburn did not provide other information in the plaintiffs\u2019 motion for entry of default. <\/p>\n<p>Aside from those three defendants, KSA Corp. and Il Hwan Kim are suing former Public Lands secretary Oscar M. Babauta, former DPL employee Ramon S.
