The hotel\u2019s restaurants are among the island\u2019s favorites, offering specialty dining experiences\u2014fine dining Italian cuisine at Giovanni\u2019s, traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine at Miyako, and, a buffet style of international flavors at Kili Caf\u00e9 &amp; Terrace.  <\/p>\n<p>This year, Hyatt reflects on 36 years of operation as the sole international brand name hotel on Saipan and celebrates its relationship with employees and the community since its doors opened in 1981.  <\/p>\n<p>The hotel invites the public to the annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony commemorating its lasting relationship of 36 years on Saipan. This year\u2019s honored guests will be first grade students from Garapan Elementary School.  The festive holiday caroling will commence at 5:30pm.
