On Monday, Dec. 5, 2016, NMI Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho signed an arrest warrant for Moses Martin, a Palauan male, 35. The charges are for illegal possession of a controlled substance. Bail is set at $50,000. Law enforcement officers are searching for Martin. He is still at large. If spotted, do not approach; call 911 or Crime Stoppers should you wish to remain anonymous.<\/p>\n<p>According to a Crime Stoppers notice, Martin is about 5&#8217;7&#8243; tall, weighs 155 lbs, has black short hair and brown eyes.<\/p>\n<p>DPS and Crime Stoppers need your help.
