{"id":242344,"date":"2016-12-12T06:06:49","date_gmt":"2016-12-11T20:06:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=242344"},"modified":"2016-12-12T06:06:49","modified_gmt":"2016-12-11T20:06:49","slug":"van-gils-looks-forward-cnmis-face","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/van-gils-looks-forward-cnmis-face\/","title":{"rendered":"Van Gils looks forward to be CNMI\u2019s face"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gerard Van Gils, the State Teacher of the Year for 2017, looks forward to representing the CNMI in Washington, D.C., along with other teachers of the year winners from across the country.<\/p>\n<p>Van Gils of Kagman High School said that he, along with the other state teachers of the year, would be in conferences representing their respective states.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ll be doing a number of conferences and a number of trips to represent our islands, at least six trips in 2017.
