(Contributed Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Congratulations to Saipan International School student Cerinn Hwang on her early acceptance to the University of Pennsylvania, Class of 2021, where she will study International Relations and Actuary Science.<\/p>\n<p>The University of Pennsylvania is a private, Ivy League university founded in the 1740s by Benjamin Franklin in order to train students as future leaders in business, government and public service.
