The incident is said to have happened during the early hours of Tuesday morning.

MVA managing director Chris Concepcion is asking the public to help the Department of Public Safety with any information regarding the case.

“We received a report that an unknown vehicle rammed into one of the light poles and completely destroyed it, knocking it over, shattering the light fixture itself, and leaving some wires exposed,” said Concepcion.

According to Concepcion, the contractor doing the project has already contacted DPS yesterday morning and MVA is waiting for further information on the incident.

“We thank our partners at DPS for their support as we determine who is responsible for this.
