Executive director Jim Rayphand and projects specialist Greg Borja of the Northern Marianas Protection and Advocacy Systems Inc. will share about the role of the office and the responsibility of the government, employers, and private sectors to ensure accessibility to people with disabilities. <\/p>\n
Also, John Davis Jr. and legal counsel Jeanne Rayphand will discuss that landmark case Davis v. Commonwealth Election Commission, in which the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit recently affirmed that quailed voters who are not of Northern Marianas descent must have the opportunity to vote on Article 12 initiatives.<\/p>\n
